When you contact us at Warwickshire Landscapes Limited, we will quickly arrange a convenient time to visit you and discuss your needs and requirements. There is no charge for this initial visit which is completely without obligation on your part. The most important input into the project is the information which we glean from our clients at these meetings and we listen very carefully to ensure that your needs and wishes are reflected in our design.

 

Importantly, we will take time to carefully assess

your outside space, taking into account such

details as the environment surrounding the property,

the age and style of your home, its position with

regard to light, and the quality and composition of

the soil. At this stage we will take detailed and

careful measurements to enable a sketch design to

be produced.

 

All of our designs are hand drawn and accompanied

by a full quotation. This will include our terms and

conditions for payment. Should you decide to

proceed with the landscaping stage then the design

is yours to keep once a small booking deposit is paid

which is offset against the construction costs.

 

Before we start any construction work, we mark out the agreed design and shape using a line marking paint. This allows us to consult further with the client to ensure that they are happy before the ground is disturbed. Occasionally this will result in small changes to the design. We make sure that our clients are involved at every step to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the end product.
